Items can be returned, at the buyers expense, using some form of delivery service that requires a signature.
Once the item(s) have been received (in the condition in which they were sent) either an alternative item will be offered or a refund of the full value of the item(s) excluding the cost of the initial postage and packing.
For damaged or faulty items please contact me with information and photographs of the damage and I can advise further.
